Take a short break in the day to reset and restore your breathing patterns!
Sounds easy, but sometimes we need some structure to give us permission to take care of our well-being! I am offering classes 2x/week. Using Feldenkrais and Buteyko Principles,
we will go over all the wisdom from the book BREATH to establish healthy breathing habits. I will be offering the classes on Monday, and Thursday, at 1pm ET. Starting on Monday the 15th of November, choose any or all the classes available till December 2nd.
Each class is $9.
