I was always congested and had the worst spring allergies. I had exercise induced asthma as a kid, and developed severe asthma when my mother was dying from lung cancer. I did not know about my Breathing Pattern disorder until much later on in life. To think how much less stressful and how much more successful I would have been in my activities if I did  know....  I wanted to share with you that I will have a PreEvent LIVE interview on Facebook on Wednesday the 24th at 7:45pm.
