There are certain Feldenkrais lessons I do on a regular basis to keep me feeling balanced, injury free, and flexible. I don't do stretches. I don't really have a specific routine. I choose certain movement lessons that set me right for an activity.
This is what I will be teaching this spring, weekly on Wednesdays at 12pm ET, ONLINE
All lessons are recorded as a video file and placed in your course platform to review any time you wish.
Some of you know I am a crazy crossfit, gym rat. I love intense, strenuous classes.
I have managed to never have an injury. And that is saying something, since I am a 50 something gal.
I feel like I have a superpower.... but it's not really that at all! I have the awareness that The Feldenkrais Method has given me.
