In our last series Brain/Body Balance we discussed vision and improving convergence of our 2 eyeballs. There is a cheap and easy trick to do this. I use a shoe string and add a few beads to it to teach clients how to balance the use of the two eyes. By balancing the eyes, you actually correct your head position. When the head position is more balanced over your neck, your posture can improve!
