Help us count birds for science!
Climate Watch is a community science program that explores how North American birds are responding to climate change. Twice a year, Climate Watch recruits volunteer bird-lovers across the country to count specific bird species to track changes in their population.

You don't need to be an expert birder to participate, but you should know how to identify target species by sight and sound or be interested in learning to do so.

Our upcoming Climate Watch survey season will run from May 15 to June 15. Join us in the fight against climate change by observing birds in your area, using our specific protocol, and helping us learn about how birds are responding to the changing climate.
