TIME: 1pm - 3:30pm (2.5hrs) FEE: Early Bird - $75, after August 17th - $85 Class size is limited to 15 people - Register online. Payment accepted: chq or etransfer.

Workshop Details: The Art and Science of Breathing Learning by sensing and experiencing using The Feldenkrais Method and current theories of breathing. Exclusive to the Niagara area, this 2.5 hour workshop will clarify the key elements to healthy breathing, ways to warm up the body, and techniques to calm the nervous system.
Based on the science of respiration and James Nestor's book, you will also learn about Carbon Dioxide tolerance and ways to improve breathing flexibility, and lung capacity.
In the workshop I will supply handouts and snacks during break time. We will have a Q&A after each breathing technique/lesson.
What to bring on Sunday, August 20th: Please bring your water bottle, a blanket, a pen, a mat and your lovely self. :-) Parking is free and on the street. A long staircase takes you to the second floor studio.
