Some of you know I teach a movement to many of my clients to help them relax their shoulder blades and decompress their backs. In fact I do this almost daily, especially when I have a demanding day at the computer or lots of physical activity such as gardening.
The movement is familiar to many Feldenkrais® Practitioners, but I call it THE BEACH POSITION!
I will take you through the movement and expand on it's uses and variations to free up your whole body. (BTW... it's not the position in the picture so don't worry about leaning on your hands) |
