As I learn more about the physiology of breathing I am compelled to bring more of it into my movement lessons.
Organizing the eyes with the body makes movement smooth, easy and stable. However tuning into our breathing habits while we attend to ourselves can be Very powerful!
When our inner world is more stable, we tend to handle the outside world a whole lot better.
Hence FEELING STABLE IN A WOBBLY WORLD :)
Each 20 minute class (the first class will be 30 minutes to cover logistics) will explore aspects of movement that will be easy to repeat and bring into your daily activities.
Most of the movement "snacks" will involve working on the floor (mat or bed), with a transition to standing and walking. Of course all the lessons are modifiable and if you have trouble with getting to the floor or standing after the lesson, you can do what works for you.
I am again OFFERING 20 minute lessons, 2ce/week for 4 weeks. You will have 8 RECORDED classes in total.
