My plan is to do more weekly 20 minute lessons in the early afternoon Eastern Time.
It seems to be a good time for folks to take a short break from work and take care of themselves. I will continue on the theme of breath and add more movement to the series.
We are often quite successful at calming our breath when we are still, but hold or tense the breath when we do simple movements. I will start mid January on Mondays and Thursdays. I look forward to seeing you again! Please send me any requests that you have and let me know what breathing challenges you are having, so we can address them.
