The term movement dynamics has many features. When we navigate our world we often have to adapt to various challenges.
Perhaps you dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the table.
Perhaps the path you are walking has potholes, or lifted pavers.
Maybe you are in a crowded space and you get jostled.
That's life! My desire in this series has 3 components: * To help you move with comfort * To help you be the best you can be in challenging situations * To empower you! Your available activities can expand rather than contract.
Why? My heart is full when I see students feel more able than before. I am elated when I see someone empowered to move, feel, and learn more about themselves. This motivates me to keep creating lessons and provide personal care to my clients.
The 20 minute lessons at 2pm ET provide a focused snapshot of important functional movements in the body.
Students have said that the short sessions help them remember and use the new learning more effectively. 2 sessions per week helps with continuity in learning.... keeping the brain/body plugged into new and remembered patterns. I love learning and improving...and I believe you do too. Here are the dates of the February ONLINE Classes:

Brain/Body Balance Series will be in March with the same structure of 20 minute classes twice a week, a total of 8 classes.
