It is great to know so many of you are keen start Feldenkrais®classes.
Here is what I received: There is a fairly even spread between the 3 options, with a slight preference for MOVEMENT DYNAMICS
The 20 minute lessons seem to be most accessible in the AFTERNOON at 2pm ET. Some said that they would likely access the replays if they missed a class.
THEMES previously mentioned: Movement Dynamics - learning how to transfer well from one position to another, such as going from the floor to standing as well as turning in different positions. Breathing - improving overall function, lung capacity, and internal stability. An ideal class for people struggling with stress, anxiety, and stiffness in the body.
Balance - refining our sense of midline, stability and strength. An ideal class for those challenged with instability caused by postural and eye/vision issues.
THE TRUTH IS... I like all the themes! so I decided to offer them all!!!

Brain/Body Balance Series will be in March with the same structure of 20 minute classes twice a week, a total of 8 classes.
Art and Science of Breathing Series will be in April.... surprise announcement to come!
