I am ready to plan my next ONLINE series of classes for the new year, but before I launch, I prefer to find out what is on your mind for exploring and improving for WINTER 2024.
Here are some ideas (with questions attached)!
Classes would be 20 minute lessons, twice a week with time after for questions. MORNING or AFTERNOON? (Eastern Time Zone)
THEMES: Breathing - improving overall function, lung capacity, and internal stability. An ideal class for people struggling with stress, anxiety, and stiffness in the body.
Balance - refining our sense of midline, stability and strength. An ideal class for those challenged with instability caused by postural and eye issues.
Movement Dynamics - learning how to transfer well from one position to another, such as going from the floor to standing as well as turning in different positions. A great series for those feeling clunky in general and need to add more variability in activity to feel vital.
PLEASE REPLY with your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd theme choices and
whether you prefer morning or afternoon ONLINE Classes. If you will be away for part of the winter, please let me know so I can be mindful of the start date.
