SATURDAY September 16th, 2pm - 4pm ET ONLINE
Our brains see the world through it's eyeballs. I know that sounds weird, but the eyes are literally outpockets of our brain.
Sometimes the 2 "outpockets" do not work well together, which can cause eye strain, headaches, and dizziness.
Whether you are dependent on glasses or not, eye exercises definitely help with vision clarity, reduces strain and improves accuracy, something that is very useful when reaching for anything, reading or climbing stairs for example!
Just ask my client Glenys! She uses Feldenkrais lessons for her eyes to get rid of her optical migraines!!! Dr. Feldenkrais created a number of lessons to improve our eyes. On September 16th, join me online for a taste of this process.
We will first work with how to effectively calm the optic nerve (which directly impacts the brain), how to improve patterns of movement of the eyeballs, and then move onto the inner muscles that help us with distance and close vision. This workshop WILL BE Recorded. You will receive a video and audio recording 24 hours after the class.
