There can be many contributors to waking up during the night. As a Breathing Specialist, I help people sleep better through the night by teaching certain personally tailored breathing techniques, and by teaching clients how to maintain nasal breathing. Breathing through your nose is a key requirement for getting better sleep. If you are not sure if you are switching to a mouth breath, test yourself by taping for 2 weeks.
