A freelance illustrator now residing in Cincinnati, Ohio, Warde is a shop runner from the woods of Connecticut. They love birding, camping, and creating educational and editorial illustrations, especially if the focus is on the natural world.
Since 2018, Audubon chapters, nature centers, and sanctuaries nationwide have hosted Let's Go Birding Together events during Pride Month (and beyond) to help create a welcoming space for LGBTQIA++ people, allies, families, and anyone who wants to ensure that outdoor experiences are inclusive, enjoyable, and safe for everyone.
