How Is An xSuit Made?

The Ponte Warp Knit, known for its softness, structured look and resilient stretch is the fabric of choice for the xSuit. Our premium stretch fabric is developed through innovative processes and specialized fabric yarn blends. This innovation allows for the motion properties and mind blowing comfort that the xSuit provides. The proprietary weaving pattern also makes it naturally WRINKLE RESISTANT, using your body heat to activate its shape memory as you wear it.

Coating the Fabric

After perfecting the fabric, the next step is coating it. But it's not as simple as it sounds. Proprietary technology is employed to alter the textile at the molecular level, making it an intelligent fabric. The LIQUID REPELLENT property is powered by industry-leading US technology that outperforms and outlasts anything else on the market. That's what makes liquids roll right off the fabric and significantly reduces the need for washing.

Testing For Performance & Durability

In order to ensure that the products perform and last as they're engineered to, they have to be tested. The tests include Color Fastness, Shrinkage, Repellency, Abrasion, Tensile Strength, Piling, Tear Strength, Breathability, and Crease Recovery tests. Not to bore you with all the details, but these tests ensure that your xSuit is all that it is made out to be and more.
