In the past few decades alone, it's seen a sharp 44% decline—just one of many backyard favorites imperiled by climate change. Yet where there's action, there's hope—and Audubon acts for birds. With more than a century of expertise and with dedicated friends like you on our side, we're tackling both the causes of climate change and its effects. Birds need your support, not just today, but tomorrow, too. The climate crisis threatens a staggering two-thirds of North American bird species—and for birds like the Baltimore Oriole, already facing declines in recent decades, climate change could prove to be too much of a challenge.
