Proposition 4 is a tremendous opportunity to ensure that California—and its birds—are better prepared for the challenge of climate change. That's why Audubon California has joined more than 200 conservation and environment groups to support Prop 4 as a better vision for our shared future. Let us know that you're with us on this important ballot measure. Prop 4 will devote $10 billion toward urgent investments in proven solutions that address the threat of climate change to California communities, wildlife, and habitat. It includes funding for habitat protection and restoration, wildfire prevention, forest resilience, sea-level rise adaptation, water security, parks, working lands conservation, and so much more. Prop 4 puts the resources where they are needed most and where they will have the greatest impact. It allocates at least 40% of its funding to underserved and climate-vulnerable communities, many of which have not received funding in past bond efforts.
