Did you know that Election Day is just 49 days away? Today is National Voter Registration Day and it is the perfect time to make a commitment to vote this year, and to make sure you are registered to vote and have your voting plan.

Your vote can shape the future. In addition to federal races, there are also state and local elections that will have an impact on what happens next: on the future of our communities, habitats, and the birds we love.

The best way to ensure that your voice is represented is to commit to vote this year on or before Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026—and bring your friends along too.

Registration is an important first step to becoming a voter. It takes just two minutes to check your registration and get yourself ready to vote. Once you sign the pledge, you'll get more information on registering to vote, finding your polling place, and making a voting plan.

Birds can’t vote, but you can. Taking the pledge is a powerful commitment you make with thousands of others. Sign the pledge to say you're in!
