No amount of stretching will help, if your breathing is contributing to the tension in your body. In this workshop we will explore a combination of gentle movements along with the breath to open up areas you didn't even know you had! We do get into habits with moving our lungs and diaphragm. This can happen especially if there are postural imbalances.
You may have scoliosis, a leg length difference, or strong habits of movement that cause one side of the body to work too hard. This workshop helps you discover these imbalances (and we all have them to some degree) and expand into new possibilities of flexibility without strain or stretching.
