In partnership with Bridgewater Yoga, this 2 hour workshop clears up the confusion around breathing! Learning by sensing and experiencing using The Feldenkrais Method and current theories of breathing.
Exclusive to the Niagara area, this 2 hour workshop will clarify the key elements to healthy breathing, ideal ways to calm the nervous system.
