Peek into The Aviary
Birds of America is a portal into the natural world, containing 435 life-size watercolors of North American birds and considered the archetype of wildlife illustration. Given that birds embody so much of the beauty and wonder found in nature, it's no surprise that they remain a star subject in our culture's countless forms of artistic production.

The Aviary series invites artists to explore the intersection of birds and art as a catalyst for shifting perspectives and perceptions. From pen drawings, to sculptures, to multimedia artwork, these pieces elevate how all forms of artistic expression can be used as a tool to educate and inspire people to act on behalf of birds.
