We've already seen a 26% decline among birds in our communities just in the past 50 years, including a devastating 44% loss of the Baltimore Oriole. And if we don't take immediate action now, even more of these beloved birds will vanish. Your gift right now can power the protection of the Baltimore Oriole and birds like it. To add to the challenges birds are facing, our climate report from the same year found that nearly 400 North American birds are on the brink of extinction from climate change.

That’s why we’re asking you to help create safe communities for birds, wherever they live, by starting your monthly gift today. With the help of 120 more dependable donors like you, we can keep pace and remedy the most dangerous threats facing birds like the Baltimore Oriole right away.

Over the past century, humans have introduced skyscrapers made entirely of glass, pesticides, and domestic predators that kill birds in devastating numbers. Quite frankly, our human-dominated landscape isn’t a supportive or healthy place for many of our birds right now. That’s where you come in, KAREN.
