Last chance! The Mindful Birding and Bird Language webinar series starts tomorrow. There are a few seats left - register now to secure your spot.

This 4-week program will focus on practicing mindful bird sits. It will help you to slow down, relax your nervous system, and tune into the birds.

We will also learn how to pay attention to bird vocalizations and behaviors to better understand what they are communicating about in your neighborhood.
