SEPTEMBER 15 - 24TH There will be 3-4 talks per day, focusing on themes of freeing your mind, the great outdoors, presence and pastimes, bone health, self-image, balance, grounding, connections and more! Then, the day will conclude with a live panel discussion that you can join and get answers from expert panelists about the day's theme. If the talks and panel discussions aren't enough, there are also 36 short Awareness Through Movement lessons to mix and match for variety. One response was particularly unusual! It was from Licity Collins, an Artist, Writer, Spoken Voice, Producer and Mixer. Licity Collins in fact wrote a poem about one of my Breathing Workshops she attended! "The story is called "Rest." and about 2/3 of the way through, the character (who is quite a cynic) has a little rant about an online breathing class that he took, and how he inhales too much and doesn't know how he was supposed to change his breathing, but maybe he could spend more time breathing into a paper bag. :) I hope you find it funny and entertaining. It was wonderful to be inspired by you."
