| Many of the survey participants expressed a desire to move better and bend better. Almost two thirds of you have done quite a bit of The Feldenkrais® Method over the years, a third have done a bit or were fairly new to the Method. The beautiful thing about most Feldenkrais lessons is that they are very accessible to most needs.
I will be designing the series to make sure everyone can do the lessons and keeping in mind the importance of the learning process for all.
I have discovered new things about my body organization even with the simplest of movements. We will start Wednesday, September 22nd ( The First day of Autumn in North America! ) EIGHT weeks will take us to Wednesday, November 10th.
