Celebrate 11 years of Latino Conservation Week with us! From September 14 to September 21, Audubon chapters, centers, and offices, as well as other community, non-profit, faith-based, and government organizations will hold Latino Conservation Week events throughout the country.
Latino Conservation Week: Disfrutando y Conservando Nuestra Tierra is an annual initiative led by the Hispanic Access Foundation, created to support the Latino community getting into the outdoors and participating in activities to protect our natural resources.
Join us for an Instagram Live interview on Wednesday, September 18 at 12:30 p.m. ET with Debs Park Audubon Center Director Evelyn Serrano to learn more about the Los Angeles center's collaborations with Latino Outdoors, why creating equitable access to the outdoors is so important, and what it means to foster community at our centers.
